If you want to add a choccy twist to our coconut macaroons, why not melt some chocolate in a bowl and dip the caramelised bottom of our macaroons into it? Place them on a sheet of greaseproof paper to set. For an extra fancy look, you can drizzle the leftover melted chocolate over the top.
