Ingredients

Plain Greek yoghurt (low fat for a healthy option)

Honey/sweetener of your choice

Your favorite dried or fresh fruits

Granola

Ground Cinnamon

Method

Step 1


Add the Greek yoghurt to a bowl.

Step 2


Add the ground cinnamon powder and sweetener of your choice. A drizzle of honey or maple syrup is good as a healthy alternative to sugar. Mix well.

Step 3


Add any toppings you like, granola for crunch and your favourite dried or fresh fruits

Step 4


Shred a coconut to add island flavour and natural energy breakfast.
