Brompton House Privilege Chocolate Pralines or White Chocolate Pralines

Method

Step 1

Cream butter in the bowl until smooth and fluffy.

Step 2

Gradually beat in icing sugar until fully incorporated.

Step 3

Beat in vanilla extract.

Step 4

Add milk and beat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 5

Add food colouring if using and whisk for thirty seconds until smooth.

Step 6

Take a Brompton House Muffin and cut the top with a knife, so it’s flat.

Step 7

Use an icing bag to decorate each muffin with the buttercream.

Step 8

Decorate with your favourite Brompton House Privilege Pralines and use the pieces of muffin you cut off to add some texture to the top.

Classy and deliciously indulgent!
